Location apartments
Our portofolio consists of apartments in district Rivierenbuurt , right near De Pijp, and in district Holland Park.Both locations are conveniently located near of two train/metro stations (Amstelstation and Diemen-Zuid station). Amstelstation is a 5-minute walk from the apartments in Rivierenbuurt. The same goes for Holland park, with 5-minute walk from station Diemen-Zuid. Downtown Amsterdam, Airport Schiphol, Weesp, Hilversum, and Utrecht are easily reachable by bike, metro, nightbus or train.
Description apartments
These apartments have multiple kitchens, bathrooms where singles and couples can live together.
Maximum 4 adults can register and share the rental-agreement.
Fully furnished with all laundry, dry, cooking, cleaning equipment.
Various room sizes, 1 main kitchen and extra pantries inside the rooms.
Most rooms have shower and toilet inside.
Maximum 2 rooms ( 2 tenants ) share 1 bath, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen.
To rent exclusive your tenant taxes, your subscriptions TV signal, internet, tap-water, gas, electricity, indoor-cleaning.
Prices
If you share the rental with 4 people, you live here for EUR 750,00 to EUR 850,00 per person inclusive equipment, furniture, upholstery, city taxes and bills energy, tap-water, internet.
A couple can have own bathroom, own kitchen for EUR 1.200,00 up to EUR 1.400,00, all costs include. Housing allowance is not possible. The houses have a liberalized rental price and more than 200 valuation points.
Car park
In Holland Park is private car-parking additional € 150,00 per month.
In Rivierenbuurt you can apply for 1 public car-parking permit ( € 12,00 per month ) per address.
Rental conditions
Rental is for a minimum period of 12 month and you have a 2 month notice termination rental. You don’t get a diplomats clause. Short stay is not allowed.
This accommodation is not available for internships, trainees, temporary contractors.
The property owner does not allow Air-bnb and B&B services and subletting.
Tenants choose their roommates and determine themselves who sleeps where and who contributes which share of the housing costs. The property owner does not accept rental per room.
The property owner has a veto right and refuse nominated candidates with bad housing history or are not secure employed with salary to pay the housing costs.

- your e-mail address(es).
- which date(s) each of you arrived the first time in region Amsterdam .
- statement(s) start and ending date employment contract(s).
- your family- and given-name(s), age(s) and nationality(s).
- statement each candidate have salary guaranteed for the next 12 months above NET 2 times the partial rent / lease / service.
- This is to ensure that you can pay all housing costs including bills and taxes.
- If you are unemployed you have to send detail information about your sponsors and your activities in Amsterdam.
- If you are freelancer you have to send details about your activities.
- Free-lancers and unemployed students have to pay the first 3 month rent in forward.
- Result: the last 2 month are already paid when they terminate the rental 2 months in forward. All employed tenants pay 1 month in forward and have as well a 2 month termination period.
